Delete Your GolfSMRT Account
You can permanently delete your GolfSMRT account and associated personal data from within the app or by submitting a verified request by email.
Delete your account in the app
- Open GolfSMRT and sign in to your account.
- Go to My Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm the permanent deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email info@golfsmrt.com from the email address registered to your GolfSMRT account. State that you want your account permanently deleted. We may request additional information to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What happens to your data
After your request is verified, your account and associated personal data are deleted or de-identified within 30 days. This includes account details, private golf history, precise location records, health and fitness summaries, clubs, device tokens, and social connections.
Shared golf-trip results may remain only in de-identified form, such as under the name Deleted Golfer, so other participants can retain their shared trip history.
Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, or other legal and regulatory obligations. Protected backup copies are removed through our normal backup-retention cycle.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting your GolfSMRT account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel any active subscription separately through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
